Santa J. Ono, UBC President and Vice Chancellor

UBC President and Vice Chancellor, Santa J. Ono has announced his Presidential Priorities for the 2021-2022 academic year. The priorities cover a wide range of tasks in fields of equity, diversity and inclusion; indigenous engagement and reconciliation; climate change; COVID-19 response; operational efficiency and the President’s Academic Excellence Initiative. Through the Presidential Priorities, the Office of the President leads and collaborates on a university wide effort to achieve different portfolios within the UBC Strategic Plan.
