UBC Pharmacists in PCN Program team and UBC Continuing Pharmacy Professional Development (CPPD) have jointly introduced the Pharmacists Aligned in Shared Care Teams (PACT). Designed to be a learning initiative aimed at assisting BC pharmacists in shared care of mutual patients, PACT is for anyone involved in or interested in pharmacist-to-pharmacist shared care across the healthcare system. The program is divided into two parts, with registration for PACT Part 1 already underway and Part 2 set to be launched in late 2022.

To read more about PACT, please visit the Pharmacists in PCN Program website.

Through Strategy 16: Public Relevance, UBC is working to ensure that academic programs at the university correlate to priority concerns in British Columbia and internationally.
