Announcing the 2019 CUES funding recipients

Local and Global Engagement | Strategy 20: Co-ordinated Engagement
Theme: Collaboration

The Community-University Engagement Support (CUES) fund awarded a total of $500,000 to more than 20 community organizations working with faculty, staff, and students at UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan.

Projects are as diverse as they are important, ranging from community-led marine science and youth-to-youth climate workshops to First Nations’ language support in the Yukon and overdose prevention in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.
